I had the pleasure of leading the editorial vision, design, and sales for the first ever EdibleDC Magazine Distillery Guide.

Whether you are looking for a quick excursion to one of DC’s urban neighborhoods or a full day getaway to the countryside, make sure and add one of our local distilleries to your weekend agenda. Small craft distilleries are popping up across DMV everywhere – in our first Distillery Guide we list thirty. That’s nothing short of amazing. On top of supporting local entrepreneurs in your community, many of these distilleries are sourcing local ingredients and support many area charities through donated product.

In this special insert, we’ve asked some of our favorite bartenders and mixologists for cocktail recipes inspired by the season and to employ some of their favorite local products, we catalog 30+ distilleries within two hours of the DC and provide some insider secrets to unique distillery experiences, think bottling parties and more!
